Kale and Quinoa with Shrimp
2 C tightly packed chopped and washed Kale
1 C Water
1/2 # peeled & deveined raw shrimp
1/2 C quinoa, rinsed
1/2 Onion, diced
13 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 T LB Jameson’s Chicken Soup Base
Place all ingredients in to instant pot, cook on steam, allow to depressurize naturally.
Fluff with a fork & serve.
